Built only in 2016, luxury villa AKUNA welcomes you on the island of Brac, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lavender bushes, pines, palm trees, rosemary and geraniums. It is an impressive villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people. It was built, among other things, from the famous Brac stone (the same stone from which the White House of the USA was partially built). The villa is one of the most sought after on the Adriatic due to its incredible location and outstanding architecture. Not only does it offer an exclusive standard, but it is also located in a quiet bay, thus ensuring a high level of privacy, even though it is only minutes away from the local villages.

The guests of the villa enjoy an all-round service, which is ensured by the in-house staff. The friendly villa manager Milka speaks perfect English, Croatian and German. The location of the villa is one of the best addresses on the Dalmatian coast.

Equipped is this beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms (one with attached children’s room), each with a direct view of the Adriatic Sea, 6 bathrooms, a media room, a fitness room and an infrared sauna. In addition, there are kayaks, snorkels and fins, a stand-up paddle board, an infinity pool with breathtaking sea views and a Jacuzzi. The villa also has a basement and a total of two kitchens. For an extra charge, you can rent the in-house boat with licensed skipper for adventurous day trips; the villa staff will be happy to arrange this for you. There are also new kayaks, new bicycles and a variety of other activities such as a stand up paddle board and board games.
