The luxurious and newly built Villa Oblica is situated on a hillside in the village of Pozare, not far from the well-known coastal town of Makarska. Its fantastic location guarantees pure privacy and at the same time offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, the offshore islands and the Biokovo mountain range.

The architectural style of Villa Oblica represents the connection between modern architecture and Dalmatian ambience. It was named after the olive variety “Oblica”, which is the landmark of the villa. The interior is very stylishly designed and furnished with Italian designer furniture – comfort at the highest level. The villa was built on a living area of 450m², which extends over three floors.

One of the jewels of the complex awaits you in the basement: a private wellness area with a heated indoor pool, which is equipped with a counter-swimming system. There is also a Finnish sauna and a shower with WC. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view, even when the weather is not so good. There is also a billiard room with a seating area on this floor.

On the ground floor you will find the open and modern kitchen and the bright and spacious living and dining area with sea view. From here you can access the large terrace and the pool area. The special thing about this infinity pool is the glass front, which faces the cosy and covered seating lounge. Furthermore, there is a covered dining area and an outdoor barbecue on the other side of the terrace. A staircase leads to the particularly well-maintained garden.

On the first floor you will find the four cosy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. (Two of the bedrooms have a sea view). There is also a gallery opening on this floor. From one of the three bedrooms you can access a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. A private Jacuzzi completes the picture.

The extraordinary Vertigo Palace welcomes you in the heart of the small coastal town of Jelsa on the island of Hvar. It stands out for its centuries-old architecture and history. It is a palace with soul! This is a place where olive oil and essential oils were once produced and this very place has now been transformed by its owners into a holiday home that will enchant you.

The Vertigo Palace can accommodate up to 14 people, with over 600 m² of living space, plus 200 m² of gardens and terraces.

On the first floor are the four bedrooms, each with a double bed, an extra bed and its own bathroom and satellite TV. Two of the bedrooms can be accessed through an outside door.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by the modern and fully equipped kitchen and the cosy living and dining area. Here you will also find the large dining table with room for up to 14 people, a cosy sofa set to extend (room for up to 4 people) and gas fireplace. From the living area you can access the beautiful terrace and the Mediterranean garden with its long swimming pool (15m x 2.40m). Here you can relax after a wonderful summer day with a glass of red wine. Inside the stone walls there is a round (24m²) indoor pool. On hot summer days it is very refreshing to swim here, while in cold months it is very pleasant as the pool can be heated. There is also a fitness room and a sauna with a relaxation area. Another highlight of the palace is the sophisticated sound system on the ground floor, which is perfect for a private party. The high stone walls surrounding the historic palace guarantee sufficient privacy. This place is perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

Die exklusive Villa Heraclea befindet sich im Herzen der historischen Altstadt Hvar auf der Insel Hvar. Von ihrem prunkvollen barocken Balkon aus ermöglicht sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen, die Riviera und die imposante Fortica Festung.
Die wunderschöne Villa wurde während der Barockzeit im Jahre 1612 erbaut, als die Venezianer starken Einfluss entlang der Adria genossen. Ihre ersten Besitzer waren die bekannten Stalio und Marchi Familien, die zu den ältesten italienischen Familien in Hvar zählten. Heute steht dieses imposante Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz. Zwischen 2007 und 2009 wurde die Villa Heraclea nach strikten Richtlinien der Denkmalschutzverordnung renoviert.
Die Villa erstreckt sich mit 450m² über drei Etagen und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Interieur ist elegant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein maximaler Komfort ist hier garantiert.
Im Erdgeschoss der Villa erwarten Sie zwei der fünf gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen En-Suite Bädern. Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf dieser Etage auf der einen Seite des Flures die modern ausgestattete Küche mit dem dazugehörigen Essbereich. Von hier gelangen Sie zum Herzstück der Villa: dem Innenhof. Hier wurde ein herrlicher mediterraner Garten angelegt, in welchem Zitronenbäume, Feigen, Lavendel und Rosmarin wachsen. Weiterhin gibt es hier eine gemütliche Sitzecke, wo Sie an warmen Sommerabenden gemütlich entspannen können. Innerhalb des Hofes befindet sich ein altes gotisches Steinhaus, in dem sich der beheizbare Pool befindet. Dieser kann im Sommer als offenes und im Winter als geschlossenes Schwimmbad genutzt werden. Demnach lohnt es sich das ganze Jahr über, die Villa Heraclea zu besuchen.
Auf der anderen Seite des Flures im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das große Wohnzimmer inklusive Bibliothek und Kamin. Von hier gelangen Sie auf den historischen Balkon, auf dem Sie morgens Ihren ersten Kaffe mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Riviera genießen können.
Im ersten Stockwerk befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils dazugehörigem En-Suite Badezimmer. Jedes der Zimmer ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet Komfort auf höchstem Niveau.
Im Untergeschoss der Villa erwartet Sie eine private Wellness-Oase mit einem Jacuzzi, einer Sauna, Fitnessgeräten und einem Massageraum.
Des Weiteren befindet sich hier der eigene Weinkeller des Hauses. Dieser lädt Sie dazu ein, eine der besten Jahrgänge kennenzulernen, welche Kroatien zu bieten hat.
