Kala Apartment

The beautiful Kala Apartment is located in the heart of the historic old town of Hvar on the island of Hvar. The stone house in which the apartment is located was built during the Baroque period in 1612, when the Venetians enjoyed strong influence along the Adriatic. The first owners were the famous Stalio and Marchi families, who were among the oldest Italian families in Hvar. Today this building is a protected monument. It was renovated between 2014 and 2015 according to strict guidelines of the Monument Protection Ordinance.

Kala apartment has a living area of 40m² and offers enough space for 2 people. You can enter the apartment directly from a small historic pedestrian alley. The elegant living room with open kitchenette awaits you. In the back of a small hallway is the very cozy and tastefully decorated bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy your first morning coffee or even the good bottle of red wine in the evening at the delightful little table in front of the apartment doors, in a charming stone alley not far from the Riviera. Residence Apartment

The beautiful Residence Apartment is located in the heart of the historic old town of Hvar on the island of Hvar. From the window you have a breathtaking view of the harbor, the Riviera and the imposing Fortica fortress. The stone house in which the apartment is located was built during the Baroque period in 1612, when the Venetians enjoyed strong influence along the Adriatic. The first owners were the famous Stalio and Marchi families, who were among the oldest Italian families in Hvar. Today this building is a protected monument. It was renovated between 2013 and 2014 according to strict guidelines of the monument protection regulation.

The apartment has a living area of 90m² and offers enough space for up to 4 people. The interior is elegantly and tastefully furnished, which guarantees maximum comfort. You can expect two luxurious bedrooms, each with corresponding en-suite bathrooms, a modern equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Furthermore, you will find the large living and dining room including book corner and fireplace. From here you can access the historic terrace, one of the most popular places in the apartment. Die exklusive Villa Heraclea befindet sich im Herzen der historischen Altstadt Hvar auf der Insel Hvar. Von ihrem prunkvollen barocken Balkon aus ermöglicht sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen, die Riviera und die imposante Fortica Festung.
Die wunderschöne Villa wurde während der Barockzeit im Jahre 1612 erbaut, als die Venezianer starken Einfluss entlang der Adria genossen. Ihre ersten Besitzer waren die bekannten Stalio und Marchi Familien, die zu den ältesten italienischen Familien in Hvar zählten. Heute steht dieses imposante Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz. Zwischen 2007 und 2009 wurde die Villa Heraclea nach strikten Richtlinien der Denkmalschutzverordnung renoviert.
Die Villa erstreckt sich mit 450m² über drei Etagen und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Interieur ist elegant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein maximaler Komfort ist hier garantiert.
Im Erdgeschoss der Villa erwarten Sie zwei der fünf gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen En-Suite Bädern. Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf dieser Etage auf der einen Seite des Flures die modern ausgestattete Küche mit dem dazugehörigen Essbereich. Von hier gelangen Sie zum Herzstück der Villa: dem Innenhof. Hier wurde ein herrlicher mediterraner Garten angelegt, in welchem Zitronenbäume, Feigen, Lavendel und Rosmarin wachsen. Weiterhin gibt es hier eine gemütliche Sitzecke, wo Sie an warmen Sommerabenden gemütlich entspannen können. Innerhalb des Hofes befindet sich ein altes gotisches Steinhaus, in dem sich der beheizbare Pool befindet. Dieser kann im Sommer als offenes und im Winter als geschlossenes Schwimmbad genutzt werden. Demnach lohnt es sich das ganze Jahr über, die Villa Heraclea zu besuchen.
Auf der anderen Seite des Flures im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das große Wohnzimmer inklusive Bibliothek und Kamin. Von hier gelangen Sie auf den historischen Balkon, auf dem Sie morgens Ihren ersten Kaffe mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Riviera genießen können.
Im ersten Stockwerk befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils dazugehörigem En-Suite Badezimmer. Jedes der Zimmer ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet Komfort auf höchstem Niveau.
Im Untergeschoss der Villa erwartet Sie eine private Wellness-Oase mit einem Jacuzzi, einer Sauna, Fitnessgeräten und einem Massageraum.
Des Weiteren befindet sich hier der eigene Weinkeller des Hauses. Dieser lädt Sie dazu ein, eine der besten Jahrgänge kennenzulernen, welche Kroatien zu bieten hat. Die Villa Heraclea bietet Ihnen stolz eine Auswahl an Meneghetti Weinen an, welche in den eigenen Weinbergen angebaut werden. Gerne lassen wir Ihnen die Weinkarte zukommen, falls Interesse besteht. On the ground floor is the modern and tastefully decorated living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The whole room is very inviting and friendly. Villa View

In beautiful Dalmatia, at the foot of the Biokovo mountain range, you are welcomed by the modern Villa View, which really lives up to its name. As soon as you arrive, you will be captivated by the unique view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, the town of Makarska and the islands of Brac and Hvar on the other side. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and gardens, which provide the necessary peace and relaxation.

The living space of the villa with its 271m² extends over two floors plus basement. Through the main entrance you enter the ground floor of the building, where you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and the dining area.
