Golden Villa 3

The luxurious and detached Golden Villa 3 stands for absolute exclusivity and welcomes you in a direct coastal location with access to the private beach. It extends over three floors with approx. 340 m² and offers space for six people. It also has its own garage with space for two vehicles.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find the spacious living and dining area – on two levels – with a fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access the large terrace (90m²), which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Here you will also find the semi-covered pool with sun loungers. Peace and privacy are guaranteed here!

Furthermore, there is a guest toilet, a sauna with shower and a fitness area with a treadmill and a bicycle ergometer on this floor.

On the first floor are two of the three bedrooms. One has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a French balcony. The other has two single beds, an en suite bathroom and a French balcony.
