Golden Villa 6

The luxurious and detached Golden Villa 6 stands for absolute exclusivity and welcomes you with approx. 375 m², which extend over three floors. It offers space for six people. It also has a covered parking space for two vehicles.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find the spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access the spacious terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Peace and privacy are guaranteed here! Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on this floor.

In the basement there is the heated indoor pool (counter-swimming system) with sun loungers – from here there is access to another terrace. Furthermore, there is a sauna with shower and a fitness area with a bicycle ergometer and an exercise bench on this floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, an en suite bathroom and access to a balcony with beautiful sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds, an en suite bathroom and access to the same balcony with beautiful sea views.
