The cosy Villa Filip was built in 2012 in the old Dalmatian style and combines tradition with modern elements. It is located in the small village of Puharici above Makarska and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is spread over three floors.
On the ground floor of the villa, you are welcomed by an open and very cosy living area with a fireplace. The entire room is kept in a beautiful Dalmatian style, which is emphasised by the many stone elements. From here you have access to the garden. There is also a guest toilet. Furthermore, the living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, from which you have the main access to the terrace and the illuminated pool area with outdoor shower. There is also a cosy sitting area. Here you can relax, enjoy the sea view or even watch the stars with a high quality telescope. Nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening on the terrace area, as a barbecue and dining area have been provided. Enjoy the Mediterranean garden with lavender, rosemary, lemon and orange trees and palm trees. Below the terrace is a beautiful olive garden. The stone staircase leads from the ground floor to the ground floor of the villa. Here you will find the two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. They are equipped with bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Each room has its own balcony with sea view. A very special detail is the fact that you can admire the sea and the Biokovo mountain range even while lying in bed. In the basement, you will find the hotel’s own wellness and fitness area. There is a hydromassage Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna and several fitness machines. There is also a shower and a toilet. Another extra on this floor will please the wine lovers among you: Villa Filip offers its own wine cellar, equipped with the best wines of Croatia.
The entire villa is air-conditioned, while there is also underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. You also have Wi-Fi reception throughout the house and in the garden. A free covered private parking space is located 80m from the villa.
