On the beautiful island of Hvar, the impressive Villa Anabel welcomes you, a luxury villa built only in 2018, which extends over two floors with 250 m² of living space. It is located just a few minutes walk from the center of the historic old town of Hvar. The incomparable view of the Pakleni Islands and the open sea makes this villa very special. The interior of the villa is modern and stylishly furnished and offers its guests the highest level of comfort. The relaxing white tones of the entire interior create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere and make it easy to get into the vacation mood as soon as you enter the villa.

The first floor of the villa is composed of a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large dining table for 10 people. In addition, the large, friendly and stylish living area is also located here. It functions as the central place of the villa and invites you to relax with its luxurious and high quality furnishings. The large glass front allows an incomparable view to the outside. From the living area you can directly access the terrace. Here you will find the 65 m² swimming pool (heatable/coolable), which catches the warm rays of the sun all day long and offers an unforgettable view over the Pakleni islands. The spacious terrace is the perfect place for a romantic dinner with a good glass of red wine or a relaxing evening with friends. Here you can also find a Jacuzzi and an outdoor bar filled with great drinks. In addition, on the first floor there is a fitness room and a sauna, which allow you to stay fit and relaxed even on vacation. On the upper floor, the 4 large bedrooms with space for 8 people await you. They are each equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. In total, the villa has 8 bathrooms.
