Villa Aria is situated in the beautiful countryside of the rural part of Istria and is surrounded by unspoilt nature around the village of Maružini near Kanfanar, which is only 20 km from Rovinj.

This beautiful stone villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate 6+2 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious ‘open space concept’ where you will find a beautiful living room for relaxing and a kitchen with dining room. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room, a toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for the complete privacy of each guest. The rooms are complemented by a large balcony for all-round comfort. You can relax beautifully and enjoy the sound of nature in the large 40m² pool with integrated jacuzzi. The pool has another extraordinary area, which we like to call the “little beach”. Here you can pamper yourself with a massage and relax. It is especially suitable for children, as the shallow water with a depth of only 20 cm allows children to play freely. With sun loungers and parasols, the pleasure is complete.
