The ultra-modern villa complex “Villa Punta Skala”, built only in 2016, is truly a pearl of the Croatian Adriatic. Situated on a small peninsula, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, nothing stands in the way of your relaxing yet varied vacation. Because you have the possibility as guests of the villas Punta Skala, to visit the excellent restaurants, bars and stores of the resort. There are also various sports facilities, as well as the possibility to take sailing, diving and swimming courses. Boat rental is also available. Another plus point is definitely the Acquapura SPA, which is considered the largest wellness oasis in the country. You can get to these recreational facilities from the villa complex “Punta Skala” in just a few minutes walk. The villa complex itself consists of five independent villas, which offer an unrestricted sea view and a lot of tranquility due to their great orientation and location. Each of the villas has its own pool and private access to the pebble beach 15 meters away.

Villa Camelia

Villa Camelia is a newly built luxury villa, which extends over two floors with approximately 160 m². It is located in a direct coastal location, only 15 meters from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms.

The interior of the villa is modern and stylishly furnished and offers the highest comfort.

On the upper floor of Villa Camelia there are three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate wardrobe, a loge and sea view. Each of the rooms has been furnished with an individual design.

On the first floor you will find the very modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. The open living and dining area invite you to stay and relax. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. The large glass front in the living area provides sufficient light incidence, through which you reach the terrace and pool area. Here you will find a cozy sitting area and sun loungers, where you can relax on warm summer evenings with a good glass of wine.
