• Bed linen and 3 towels per person per week, electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, parking.

• Pool cleaning once a week by a professional company
• Gardening once a week by a professional company

Additional fees:

• Tourist tax to be paid on arrival: 1,10 € per person/day
• Young people between 12 and 18 years pay 0,55 per person/ day
• Children up to 12 years are exempt from the tourist tax
• Final cleaning : 250 €
• Baby cot and high chair: 30,00 € daily
• Extra person: 55,00 € per day per person
• Extra bed linen and towels: 50,00 € per room
• Intermediate cleaning: on request and additional payment of 150,00 €.
