The beautiful Villa Kalalarga is located in the old town center of Makarska, more precisely, in Kalalarga, the most famous and oldest street of the city. From here it is only a stone’s throw to the harbor, the city beach and the promenade. All the cafes, restaurants, bars and stores are waiting for you as soon as you step out of the gate entrance. And despite this fact, you can be sure that you will not be bothered by any traffic noise, as Kalalarga is a pedestrian-only street.

This traditional city villa is a 150 years old Dalmatian stone house, which was completely renovated in 2015. A long staircase leads from the courtyard entrance to the front door.

On the first floor you are welcomed by two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with underfloor heating. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV with satellite TV. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor. Here is the living and dining area of the house with a kitchen, a dining table and the sofa corner. Through the balcony door you can reach a beautiful city terrace with a view of the Kalalarga. Nevertheless, you can be sure that you can relax on this terrace in peace, away from prying eyes below passing by passers-by. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and a dining area. From the living area on the second floor you can reach the open gallery under the roof via a modern wooden ladder. This area has been particularly cleverly exploited: Here are two cozy single floor beds. Let the nostalgic yet modern furnishings of the old villa take you on a journey through time. This will allow you to get to know Dalmatian culture and tradition in a very special way.
