The ultra-modern villa complex “Villa Punta Skala”, built only in 2016, is truly a pearl of the Croatian Adriatic. The villa complex itself consists of five independent villas, which offer an unrestricted sea view and plenty of peace and quiet due to their great orientation and location. Each of the villas has its own pool and private access to the pebble beach 15 metres away.

 

Villa Magnolia

Villa Magnolia is a newly built luxury villa, which extends over two floors with 162 m². It is situated in a direct coastal location, only 15 meters from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms.

The interior of the villa is elegantly and stylishly furnished and offers the highest level of comfort. The relaxing white tones of the entire interior create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

On the upper floor of Villa Magnolia there are three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and a balcony with enchanting sea views. Each of the rooms is characterized by an individual design.

On the ground floor you will find the very modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. The open living and dining area invite you to linger and relax. There is also a guest WC on this level. The living room leads to the beautiful terrace and pool area. Here you will find a cosy seating area and sun loungers, where you can relax on warm summer evenings with a good glass of wine.
