Then the cozy villa No24 in the heart of beautiful Istria is just right for you! The villa welcomes you in a small and idyllic village called Barat in the interior of the large peninsula. Villa No24 was built in 1921 as a small stone house until 2017, when it was renovated and renewed by the owner with much love and heart.

On the first floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, the living room and one of the three bedrooms with private bathroom.

On the second floor you can expect the two other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The entire villa is very stylish and furnished with great care.

The outdoor area consists of an 8×4 meter swimming pool with enough sun loungers available, where you can relax your soul on hot summer days. There is also a cozy lounge area and a covered and well-equipped summer kitchen with a dining area. There is also a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
