The ultra-modern villa complex “Villa Punta Skala”, built only in 2016, is truly a pearl of the Croatian Adriatic. The villa complex itself consists of five independent villas, which offer an unrestricted sea view and a lot of tranquility due to their great orientation and location. Villa Oleander

Villa Oleander is a newly built luxury villa, which extends over two floors with approximately 170 m². It is located in a direct coastal location, only 15 meters from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms.

The interior of Villa Oleander is elegantly and stylishly furnished and offers the highest level of comfort. The relaxing white tones of the entire interior create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

On the upper floor of Villa Oleander there are three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a charming sea view. Each of the rooms is characterized by an individual design.

On the first floor, the very modern kitchen awaits you, which is fully equipped. The open living and dining area invite you to stay and relax. On this level there is also a guest toilet.

Through the living room you reach the beautiful terrace and pool area. Here you will find a cozy sitting area and sun loungers, where you can relax on warm summer evenings with a good glass of wine.
