Villa Petra Brac

On the beautiful island of Brac, more precisely in the village of Bol, on one of the most famous beach promenades of the Croatian coast, the remarkable Villa Petra welcomes you. It is located directly on the beach and consists of two separate residential buildings, which are connected by a common terrace and an outdoor pool area. The wonderful building is an example of how modern architecture can blend with natural and traditional features. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and can accommodate a maximum of 16 people including extra beds. In one of the two buildings there are two large bedrooms with double beds, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cosy living room with open fireplace. There is also a fitness room in the villa. The master bedroom has a living area of 55m², making it the largest of all rooms. It has its own terrace with an unforgettable view of the sea and the island of Hvar in the distance. The bathroom belonging to the room has, among other things, a whirlpool bath. In the other building, 4 flats await you, each with its own bathroom and small kitchen area.

The spacious terrace area on the ground floor with a large wooden table and wonderful sea view offers enough shade for the hottest and sunniest days of the year. There is also a barbecue area here. This Villa Petra is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Croatian coast with family or friends.
