Villa Svilla

Villa Svilla welcomes you on a beautiful beach in Drašnice, a small coastal town on the Makarska Riviera. The wonderful view from the villa is unique, as it is dominated by the deep blue sea on one side, giving the impression that you could jump in, while on the other side the steep cliffs of the imposing Biokovo Mountains make this place spectacular for all the senses.

With its five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to ten people.

The secluded pool area with sun loungers and patio furniture offers enough space to relax. In the evening, it invites you to enjoy the spectacular sunset with a glass of wine.

On the ground floor, one of the three living rooms of the villa welcomes you with a sofa and an LCD TV. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea. Furthermore, on this floor is the second, south-facing living room with an LCD TV and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy dining area can also be found here. In the middle of the living room there is a fireplace that provides warmth to the room, making it ideal for a stay of people who are looking for peace and relaxation even on cold winter days.

On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sea. Also on this floor there is a south-facing living room with an LCD TV and a large kitchen with a dining room for six people. There is also a fireplace in this living room. On the roof of the house there is a sunbathing area paved with exotic wood and completely out of sight. Villa Oblica

The luxurious and newly built Villa Oblica is situated on a hillside in the village of Pozare, not far from the well-known coastal town of Makarska. Its fantastic location guarantees pure privacy and at the same time offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, the offshore islands and the Biokovo mountain range.

The architectural style of Villa Oblica represents the connection between modern architecture and Dalmatian ambience. It was named after the olive variety “Oblica”, which is the landmark of the villa. Sveti Juraj Farm

On the wonderful island of Hvar in Dalmatia, from where you can see the lights of Italy on a clear day, surrounded by cypress and olive trees, lavender fields, rosemary bushes and fragrant sage, the old Dalmatian farm Sveti Juraj, built in the early years of the 20th century, awaits you. Here, in a labyrinth of stone walls from an ancient time, in the fields of tranquillity, only 500 metres as the crow flies from the sea and about 30 minutes from the town of Hvar, pure romance awaits you!

This autochthonous farm once served the field workers as shelter and protection from the hot Mediterranean midday sun, or as a place where they could warm up by the stove in the cold season with a glass of wine and a piece of homemade cheese. Like so many other farms throughout Dalmatia, this farm lives the life of this island’s ancestors in harmony with unspoilt nature.

Within the stone-walled courtyard you will find an outdoor barbecue, a dining table, a large swimming pool, a tennis court, the main building and two outbuildings, which are separated by only a few metres. In total, the Sveti Juraj farm can accommodate 14 people.

The main building houses the cosy living and dining area with fireplace and pull-out sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen and two rustic bedrooms, each with 35 m² of living space. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms, with space for a total of 4 people, also has a single bed and a pull-out couch. The other bedroom has a double bed and space for an extra bed. (space for 3 persons).

The two other bedrooms are located in the two adjoining buildings. One of the two rooms is 50 m² and has a toilet, two single beds and a sofa bed. In total, there is room for 4 people here.

The fourth bedroom is located in the other outbuilding and is 30m². It has a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with toilet and bathtub. In total, there is room for 3 people here.

This traditional farm is the ideal place for a relaxing and varied holiday with family or friends! From here you have the perfect opportunity to explore the island on long walks, adventurous bike rides or short car rides. Vertigo Palast
